These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of NetConverter.ai, an AI-powered network configuration translation service developed and operated by VALERONLABS, LLC ("Company", "we", "us"). By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

NetConverter.ai provides AI-powered network configuration translation services, enabling users to convert network device configurations between different vendor formats (Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Juniper, Aruba, and others). The service uses artificial intelligence to generate translations and is continuously improved through machine learning.

2. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• One account per user; sharing accounts is prohibited

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use NetConverter.ai only for lawful purposes. You may NOT:

• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempt to access other users' data or accounts
• Use the service to process configurations you do not have authorization to access
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the service
• Use automated tools to scrape or overload the service
• Resell or redistribute the service without written permission

4. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to the network configurations you upload. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process your configurations solely for providing the translation service.

Our Technology: The NetConverter.ai platform, including its AI models, algorithms, parsers, user interface, and proprietary technology, is the exclusive property of VALERONLABS, LLC. All rights reserved.

Translations: Translated configurations generated by our service are provided for your use. The underlying translation technology and methods remain our proprietary property.

5. Data Privacy & Confidentiality

• Data Isolation: Your configurations are stored in isolated, user-specific storage and are never accessible to other users
• No Data Sharing: We do not share, sell, or trade your configuration data with any third parties
• No Unauthorized Access: We only access your data with your explicit permission for support purposes

6. Proprietary Disclosure & Confidentiality

Architecture Confidentiality: NetConverter.ai operates as an early-access platform where detailed architecture, AI usage patterns, internal workflows, and proprietary processing methods are considered confidential and proprietary information. These details are shared only through direct conversations with qualified teams during technical briefings.

Non-Disclosure: By accessing NetConverter.ai, you acknowledge that:

• Detailed technical architecture and implementation specifics are proprietary and confidential
• Any architecture details shared during technical briefings are subject to confidentiality
• You will not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract proprietary methods
• Public-facing documentation is intentionally abstracted and high-level

Access-Based Disclosure: Access to detailed architecture information is granted based on appropriate fit and disclosure level, determined through our access review process. Not all users will receive the same level of technical detail.

7. Service Availability & Limitations

• We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible
• AI-generated translations may require human review and validation
• Translation accuracy is targeted at 95% but may vary by configuration complexity
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features with notice

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• Translations will be 100% accurate or error-free
• The service will meet all your specific requirements
• The service will be uninterrupted or completely secure

IMPORTANT: Always review and validate translated configurations before deploying to production network infrastructure. You are responsible for testing and verifying all translations.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VALERONLABS, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Network downtime or configuration errors resulting from translations
• Security incidents arising from deployed configurations
• Any damages exceeding the fees paid by you in the past 12 months

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VALERONLABS, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your deployment of translated configurations
• Any third-party claims related to your use of the service

11. Termination

• You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
• Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately
• You may request export of your data before termination

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Florida.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on the website. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
