Compatibility and verification

Separate implemented commands, advertised capabilities and release-specific live evidence.

Updated November 2, 2026 · Terminal guides: CLI 0.7.0

Your account decides availability

The full API advertises the operations and platform paths your account can use. Legacy Terminal Quick pilot keys keep their restricted ASA to Palo Alto scope and operation set. A general product vendor list does not prove that every source, target and feature combination is available to your credential.

What each kind of evidence means

  • Implemented: the command or adapter exists.
  • Document checked: setup paths and formats were compared with vendor documentation.
  • Live checked: a stated version, host and workflow were actually exercised.
  • Preview or pending: do not advertise as qualified for a production workflow.

Platform and feature scope

See supported platforms for roles and limits. Review the actual job findings for unsupported features, incomplete captures and missing evidence. Router and switch results remain in NEEDS REVIEW for engineer review.

Record your own acceptance

Keep the client version, assistant version, OS, credential profile, synthetic fixture, job ID and artifact hashes with your test result. A mocked client test, working sign-in or matching download hash is not a complete migration acceptance test.
